Some women can feel themselves ovulate (feels like someone is gently squeezing your ovary and you may have cramps).
Some women will take their temp, use ovulation predictor kits, or check their cervical mucous (CM). As iwannabemommy said, you want the CM that resembles raw egg whites (stretches to an inch or more and is crystal clear). That is fertile CM. It helps sperm survive in the hostile vaginal environment.
And again she was correct in saying the last day you have EWCM is the actual day you ovulate. Since you won't know it was the last day until it has passed, it's important to have sex any time you have cervical mucous. In ideal conditions sperm can live anywhere from 5-7 days if CM is present.
Hope this helps!
also, you can sometimes feel that your ovulating in your ovary areas. Sometimes, sore breasts and headaches.
I usually get the ewcm.. It looks like raw egg whites.. And I do believe the last day you get it is the day you ovulate.
