how do i find my post?

I'm logged in under medhelp how do I find my post without scrolling all the way down searching for it? I checked in the left hand corner all it says is home, doc info, communities and pregnancy categories

The only time I can do that is if I use my internet browser instead of the app

They way I do it is comment on a feed then click on ur name
