how heavy is heavy?

I am a bar manager and I have to lift certain things, and I can't wait for people to do it for me. what is too heavy to lift? Some people have told me if I have done it before I was pregnant I can do it while I'm pregnant. Is that true?

I work at a bar as well, and i do lift some things, but try to do it in moderation.  Boxes of liquor bottles: no. A couple bottles of wine,  ok. Moving kegs: definitely no. Barstools up on top of the bar top,  yes.

You can strain your back from heavy lifting or pull a ligament, i get in trouble for even trying to carry my own laundry basket to the washer! Lol be careful..

Double check with your Dr but what mine told me is 20 lbs. I'm also high risk so thats why im not allowed to do any heavy lifting

My Dr told me no more than 25 pounds, and me and my baby are and have beeb perfectly healthy so there is no restriction for me. You don't have to be restricted to have enough common sense to not lift over heavy items. Ask your Dr
