how much does YOUR newborn eat??

My baby is 3 1/2 weeks old and she eats ALOT. or so i think? she eats about 4-6 oz every 2-3 hours. i dont think its normal for a 3 week old to eat that much am i right? how much does it take to fill your baby up?

Lol omg!! Honestly sometimes i lose track of how much she eats, shes not consistent. like sometimes shel take 5oz at a time or somedays shel eat a oz every hour maybe thats why it feels like she eats alot

My son was drinking 6oz every 2 hrs since he was born. Now he's 2 and eats everything lol

Aw she.ll settle down. He was up every few hours overnight to begin with, just these last 4 weeks he is down to once overnight and has slept right through only twice x

Oh really? i thought it was too much lol. thanks for replying! And i wish she slep overnight, i fed her at 12 and its now 2 and shes eating again

My wee one was drinking 4oz every 3 hours at that age, he is now 12w and takes 7oz every 4 hours from 8am - 8pm then one feed overnight x
