crib vs pack n play
What's your opinion?
About 2 weeks ago we bought a crib off craigslist. Husband asked if all parts were there guy said yes. Well I asked hubby Monday if we could set crib up today since I felt more pressure and it was suggested that baby had dropped or positioned himself. Anyways we try to set it up and 2 major parts are missing.
We plan on buying a brand new pack n play since its smaller and baby will most likely use it longer but was wondering if I'm the only one using this. Also for those who have used it before what their experience was?

Ohh and did you know they make mattresses for pack n plays? Yupppp =) I'm definitely getting one and not a crib. My first son never used his crib either!
My son sleeps in his pack and play wonderfully. Ours has a bassinet, changing table and a little case for diapers and wipes. It's lightweight and wonderful because we had to downsize to a 2 bedroom with 5 of us including baby.
We've never used a crib! And my daughter has always slept through the night! And actually we have a toddler bed but she would rather sleep in the pack n play. Best money i spent! (:
We had both with my son and never used the crib. This time around we just got a pack n play instead of dealing with a crib. I think they are awesome and so convenient.

It was only 60$. To he honest I didn't really like it my husband did though so I just went with it. He threw the crib away. We would go back but the guy would probably not open the door for him and his people already have a bad rep at being dishonest.
The pack n play I liked is reasonablely priced with changing table and storage space. I read reviews that stated mattress was too hard so we might just buy one that fits or cut the mattress that came with crib.

That is very wrong I bought one used but it came with parts. If they are missing he should replace or give money back if it cost alot.
My daughter sleeps in her pack n play n its very convenient. Family wasnt really involved n i made enough to get by. I thought it was horrible she would have to use that but honestly it was the best investment i made.. She loves it
I used the pack and play for my daughter the one that turns into s bassinet I just folded alot of blankets at the bottom to make it comfy she seemed to like it :)
I used a pack n play with my twins for a while it worked, but I noticed they slept better in cribs because of the mattress. My froend showed me a crib on walmart wrb site 150 with a free mattress.
