see I looove dairy queen too. but I can relate to eating everything in the house too.. my husband says the same thing. although I don't think I eat much cause it alwaus comes back up. so I'm not sure why I eat anyways. I guess when this pregnancy is over with I probably wont eat as much. maybe? lol
haha thats like me... we are on a farm in the middle of no where, thats why it was just after Drs appointments.... it is a good thing!
I'm the same way! I'm 17w5d and my husband always complains about there never being any food in the house but it's because I actually have an appetite again. :) it's normal. I usually make a bowl of creamy chicken ramen soup :) that has been the one thing I have been able to keep down :)
Darn y'all for talking about dairy queen!! I'm going to town tomorrow and have been trying to forget how awesome their brownie extreme blizzard thing is! Guess its a good thing I live in the middle of no where and cant go when ever I want :)
Same here! i could pass up ice cream any day lol and chocolate... now not so much :( lol
Try eating small snacks in between meals. Fruit, cup of low fat soup, cup of cereal with ff milk etc. And drink a big glass of water with ur snack. With my first two pregnancies i felt like i was starving all the time. Lesley27-Dairy queen is evil!!!!! Lol chocolate dipped cones were my nemesis! And it was weird cuz I never eat icecream or sweets at all for that matter. After I had the baby for a month or two I still wanted them. Thank goodness now my craving is gone!
lol ya i can relate... after the appetite came back i wanted hot fudge sundaes everytime we went into the city for our Drs appointment... talk about a 3/60... hubby was happy but it was such a bad choice... darn you Dairy Queen! lol
just make sure what you eat is healthy with the odd treat, cut down/out on high processed foods, plenty of fruit, veges, dairy and protein, and a small amount of carbs.Breastfeeding helps shed those unwanted extra's that you may put on over your pregnancy as well. Dieting is def not reccomended while pregnant unless under a doctors supervision
