You can have a certain amount of caffi e. You can Google it. But I don't think it has a lot

I get the Lipton decaffeinated tea and just add the amount of sugar that I want! Taste the same as normal tea!:)

My doctor said two servings of caffeine a day is okay! As long as it's in moderation you should be fine (;
