Just poke your ribs :)
I have a floating rib, And it clicks in and out if I sit a certain way. Or walk and stuff. When I click it back to normal, Harry kicks me REALLY hard! Hahaha...

It probably due to your ribs spreading .. I had the same problem with all 3 of mine .....Except they actually liked to push their feet n hands into my rib cage... ;) If it feel's like baby, try poking and see if you can get baby to change position.

Its like mom2ariana said... simply everything spreading.
If it gets too badd tell someone sooner than your next apt. But at your next apt just bring it up :)

everything is spreading & moving around.  unfortunately, you will feel LOTS of pains.  Don't brush them off though... ask lots of questions!!!  Doctors & other women.  There are absolutely NO stupid questions when it comes to pregnancy.

good luck & I hope you feel better soon!

your ribs spread during pregnancy to prepare for your uterus to occupy part of the space underneath them. that is more than likely why you are experiencing pain. if you are still worried mention it to your OB, but its just a common pain during pregnancy.
