im worried about the development ov my baby boy

My name is Tori I am 18 years old and 5 months pregnant, I stopped taking my prenatal vitamins at around the 2 month, and I'm just scared because I wanna start them back because I feel I am underweight I am hardly showing but I don't know if thats just because I was thin before I got pregnant I just want a healthy pregnancy, also I've had two miscarriages before. Will some one please give me some advice on if its ok to start my prenatal pills back this late

If the pills are too hard to take you can always take the prenatal gummy vitamins. They're just as effective but it's very important for you and baby that you start taking them again
