Thank you everyone for your advice I hope something works for me.
Warm before you nurse, ice after. That should help with the pain.
Well like the girls said pumping is the only way to relieve the rock hard feeling gotta tough it out for atleast a week in a half itll get better
Put a warm washcloth on your breast before you try to feed your baby and massage them. I know pumping hurts try it on the lightest setting and pump for five minutes before baby latches on top your sore side, preferably while baby is nursing on the least sore side. The first two weeks are the hardest. If you have any close friends or family that breastfeed/fed that you feel comfortable exploding yourself in front of they could probably help a lot.
At the begging hr had a good latch but mi nipples are flat their not like popped out ant it hurts me so much even to pump
^^I totally agree. Try pumping a little before you breastfeed, it will relieve the excess pressure and allow the Baby to latch on better. Don't give up, it takes time to master the skill of breastfeeding. Once you see the effects it has on your body, it'll be a situation of Mind over matter. If you don't mind the pain it won't matter. Good luck Sweetie♥
Does the baby have a good latch? You can also let the girls out to breathe and put lanolin or rub breast milk on the nipples to help. Can you pump from the right and whats he reason you can give from that one? You can also hand express for a little relief if you dont have a pump. We also have a very helpful breastfeeding forum that can help.
