indoor pools

Im a ftm at 12+5 and was wondering if anyone has been told not to use indoor swimming pools or to not go swimming period? Theres a gym in my town with an indoor pool that i want to start swimming at for exercise and maybe take a light water aerobics class. Anyone think this would be a bad idea? Thanks

Swimming is perfectly fine - if possible look for classes geared for pregnant women. You just want to avoid hot temperatures and water above 100 F
