induced tomorrow

So due to a high protein level I am being induced tomorrow (ftm 39+3), I am beyond nervous and scared, I'm fine when my partner is with me but he isn't allowed to stay over night, so 7 30 tomorrow morning the will begin the process of breaking my waters and putting me on a drip and hormone injections to get the contractions starting to get me dilating. I am so scared, I know that it will all be worth it in the end as I will have my little man in my arms, but right now I think I could cry all night :( I've been told to rest and get as much sleep tonight as possible, but its makes it hard sleeping alone

does anyone have any tips on getting through tonight and tomorrow?

I've been stuck in hospital since yesterday morning, started off as a routine appointment, than wasnt allowed to leave because they wanted to do tests, so grabbing a pillow or anything of my boyfriends was out of the question :(

Maybe bring a pillow or something with his scent? Might be comforting. That's lame he's not allowed to stay :(
