My hubby went thru the same thing, he said he was afraid he would hurt the baby. After we were assured that it was safe, it was fine... until he felt the baby kick one time and that was it for him. He said it was a sigb from the baby. Lol. I found it funny but thats ok w me sine it is now uncomfortable.

My fella is the same, weve had sex twice since finding out i was nearly 19w pregnant (im 27w+6 now)... he said its because it felt wrong after seeing our daughter on the scan thats all he pictures when we have sex. To be honest im not too fussed because im feeling far from sexy, my back hurts and id rather sleep lol its perfectly normal for a bloke to feel like that, they all seem to think they have these humongus willys that are gonna poke baby in the eye or something lol

he's prolly just a little scared. my fiance did the same thing till I asked the doc while he was sitting right there. he even jumped in after that with a few questions himself that he was worried about.

He is probably just nervous this being your first. I am sure it won't take much to make him want to if you try though :)

He might not feel comfortable about it. Get a little sexy for him n tell him its ok if he just wants to fool around, he is a man so i'm sure fooling around will lead to sex lol. If not... Ask your doc right in front of him if sec is safe during pregnancy (doc will say yes) then maybe he will come around to the idea

Has he told you why not?

There's nothing to worry about. It's perfectly safe! Maybe you could find some reputable sources that say so or talk about it, if that's what he's concerned about.
