I have ibs and since i have been pregnant its been alot better ^_^
Irritable Bowel* Syndrome you mean. Make sure to have enough fiber in your diet..that will help the IBS symptoms. Also, for your heartburn, avoid eating/drinking anything close to bedtime.
Hi!
I hope I am understanding your question properly. We commonly refer to your complaints as "heartburn" or GERD which stands for GI Reflux Disease
It is common during pregnancy and can be treated with TUMS or other antacid products. If it is severe, I will often treat my patients with Prilosec or Prevacid for an interval to get symptoms under control. Two tips--don't eat large meals, and don't lie down for at least an hour after eating!
Good luck!
