is it a bad sign that I don't really have any symptoms

I am 4 weeks pregnant.  I have a little nausea on and off but it seemed stronger at the beginning of the week than it does now.  But I don't have lots of discharge, sore boobs or anything else, not even extreme fatigue!  I had my hcg  drawn yesterday and it was 234 which is right in the middle of the normal range. I had spotting and a little bleeding earlier this week, do you think I miscarried and should I be worried that I have no symptoms?  I had symptoms with my other pregnancies at this point.  Thanks

Pssssh, with my first in which I had to terminate due to medical stuff and being on the run and things. (Ill answer properly in a PM if you wish) I had NO symptoms or showing NOTHING and I didnt find out till 22 weeks... LOL...

Some people dont know they're pregnant untill they go into labour, I would have been one of these hah. But I had no symptoms untill 8 weeks with this one :)

I am 5 weeks and 3 days today and I have not had many symptoms either, my boobs hurt off and on and I had some cramps last week  but those have gone away too.  I am trying to stay positive and not worry too much, athough that seems impossible.  Everything I have read says it is normal to not ha ve symptoms this early.  Good luck to you!

At 4 wks it's likely you won't have many symptoms as the hormone level isn't that high.  My symptoms didn't really kick in full force until around 6 weeks this time.  The only clue I had was a missed period.

While lack of symptoms CAN be a bad sign it isn't necessarily.  ESPECIALLY in very early pregnancy. But keep in mind some people dont' have symptoms or have very few.

Are they going to run your HCG again to see if it's doubling?  Many women spot a little in early pregnancy and it's not cause for concern.  Finding out if yoru HCG is doubling will be a good indicator if things are going well.

you normally dont start to get symptoms until around 6 weeks... the hcg hormone has to be high enough that makes your body  have the symptoms!! you are fine! give it a couple weeks... be glad you are feeling fine... in a couple weeks you might be miserable LoL
