is it cuz im pregnant or im sick???

First time pregnant 2 months & one week.
This morning I've woke up with a sore throat & lately I been having a Snuffy nose for two days idk if this is cuz I'm pregnant like a symptom or am I sick? And if I am sick what medicine can I take? Like normal cough syrup?

I did it said that the stuffy nose is normal than I. Looked online to see & it said a sore throat is cuz something about the nasal passage is blocked or something like that lol.

What about children's tylenol would that do any good?

Stuffy nose is normal, sore throat not so much. You can take Benadryl I know, but not so sure on cough syrups.

You really should go to the doctor especially if you get sinus or ear infections easily. Your doctor will give you antibiotics that are pregnancy friendly. I have gotten sick like this during both of my pregnancies.
