Yes just no swordfish or shark. And you can only eat two meals a week of seafood.
Avoid any raw seafood as they are more susceptible to foodborne illness. Also, avoid Swordfish, shark, king mackeral, tile fish as Mercury can be Toxic to the Nervous system. Limit albacore tuna & refrain from smoked seafood as it could carry Listeria. This was the information I was given in detail so hope this helps!
Yes i havent had any trouble yet. I love seafood i eat everything thats cooked exept shark (as its very high in mercury) i eat crab, prawns, fish, cooked Kilpatrick oysters, mussels, scallops, bugs, crayfish, calamari and everything else seafood lol and have not had a problem. Just dont eat to much at one sitting (ive heard but dont know why) goodluck =)
I eat raw fish & tuna. just was told to eat small amount every other week. Although, I was told not to eat yellow-fin fish & shark.
Yes I eat salmon and it's fine for you. You just can't eat raw fish like sushi and clams or oysters
yes, but not all sea food. You don't want to eat anything with mercury in it! A lot of women just don't eat any sea food just to be safe because they don't know which sea food is okay and which sea food is not okay. Do not eat tuna! you can research it and find out which is safe and what to stay away from.
You can eat some, theres some that you cant. Mainly bigger fish because they have a lot of mercury. But ik shrimp is safe to eat and some smaller fish
