Yes its possible some women can go weeks thinking their baby is fine. Its a missed miscarriage your body doesn't always expel the baby on its own. Sometimes you have to have a procedure to remove it...

Yes its possible. My best friend just got done going through this. Its called a missed miscarriage. She went in for her 12 week appointment and found on the ultrasound that her baby had died and quit developing at 10 weeks. She ended up needing a D&C to remove the baby. She said her only sign was that her morning sickness went away. No bleeding or anything.

You cam miscarry and not even know. I miscarried earlier this year and nothing happened, no pain, no bleeding... Nothing. So I was put on pills and they didn't really do anything and do I had to take another round of pills and they made me bleed a lot..too much which ended in me having an emergency d&c. :( it cam happen.

You will bleed if you miscarry. It's just like giving birth, but obviously too early and not as intense.  The farther along you get, though, the chances of miscarriage goes down.
