third time mom. never lost mucus plug or bloody show with other two kids. been losing mucus plug for weeks I'm now 36 weeks with a large baby due to gd...just went to bathroom (tmi) and when I wiped I had a tissue full of blood and mucus now I have a liner on and I'm spotting mucus with light pink color to it and having small contractions I'm not feeling them all though. I'm trying not to freak out and get excited. how long did Ur labor start after losing bloody show ?

I had my bloody show and mucus at 8am friday. My water broke at 11am. Got to hospital at 2pm. Had my c section at 5... baby born at 530pm. Good luck

I had that start to happen two weeks ago, and still haven't felt any contractions. But I'm getting back pains and cramping along with it. Still no signs of water breaking though.

update ***** Dr sent me to be monitored. I'm having contractions about 7-9 mins apart, and 1-2 dilated and soft. in early labor stage one. at labor and delivery to see if my cervix changes with these contractions.

But I was 40 weeks n 1 day so I was past my due date

That happen to me I went in l&d and up having my baby girl rhythm but I went because I thought I was having a miscarriage

I'd go in. I lost my mucus plug and started having regular mild contractions within 20mins, dr said come in. Within 3hrs I was having intense painful contractions every 3mins. They stopped it tho as I was only 27wks, but it happened pretty quick. Wishing you luck!

tmi I'm sure but I just starting having horrible diarrhea, and more blood came out. I can't tell if I'm contracting regular. I think I'm going to try to go to sleep n see what happens.

Lost my mucus plug around 4 pm I went to get checked around 6:30 pm and while at the hospital around 8 pm my water broke so it might be soon :)

i keep getting pressure down there n sharp pains so I'm thinking your right. let's hope so !

You should go in to l & d sounds like labor to me love :)
