When she isn't ovulating. Have her take a test, we can't help you with the answer of if she is pregnant.

However if she doesn't know the exact day she ovulates, you still run a risk of getting pregnant at any time. Oral contraceptives are fairly effective at preventing pregnancy when taken consistently (although there is still the risk, as there is with condoms, of not being 100% effective).

^ also, ovulation usually happens earlier in the cycle, and you can only get pregnant during your fertility cycle. Some women ovulate later, but if it was only a few days after sex that menstruation was supposed to start, then I don't think it's as likely.

She needs to take a home pregnancy test. Some women miss periods due to stress and other factors, and some women have unsteady cycles to begin with, so a late period doesn't necessarily mean pregnancy.
