is tummy pain and backache always a miscarriage?

I just found out i'm pregnant again after miscarring last month.  I have tummy cramps and lower back pain like i did before i miscarried last month.  I am not bleeding though.  Is this the start of the end or is it normal?

It can be anything, but it doesn't mean you're miscarrying. I was worried too with this pregnancy because I was having back aches and lower abdomen pain, and some women were like "that's not normal, you're probably going to miscarry" so it's not always that. But also like Heather said Mild cramping/period-like cramps are normal. As long as you're not in severe pain or bleeding its always a good sign. Congrats on your pregnancy!

Mild cramping is normal in early pregnancy as your uterus stretches and gets ready for a growing fetus. Good luck to you, and congratulations!
