Hi so I'm 36wks nw an the bh contractions accompanied wth sharp pains r gttn worse drank water I'm lyin dwn bt its stl there, wt cn I do to minimise it its really gttn painful... Any ideas pls

I gt a massage earlier for the pain frm my bbys dad I fell asleep woke up nw becos I cnt seem to detach myslf frm my bladder!!! Hahhaha! If only :) I thnk it ws just bh bt y r they so bad nw so painful

Take a hot shower for the back pains. always seemed to help me with my first pregnacy.

It could just be all the pain from ur baby dropping...try 2 c if u can count contractions, if they aren't consistent then it's just BH...my my doc told me 2 get on all 4s and just let my belly hang so it'll relieve the pain in my back

Maybe there contractions monitor them count how far along they are.

Um they longer an clser together nw the right side of my bck hs a dull constant pain, bt no liquid passin its jus bcmin painful

Are you sure they are braxton hicks? How long are they how close together are they are they getting longer and closer together. Lay down drink a big glass of water and if they are not stopping they aren't braxton hicks
