Hi ladies I was just wandering if you had any ideas on how to stay Cool in this heat! My ac doesn't work well and I'm so hot! I can't even nap I'm so uncomfortable!

I've read that keeping your neck and feet cool helps the rest of your body cool down. Try a bucket of ice water for your feet and a frozen towel on your neck.

our air dont work very well either so i sit in front of a fan or i take a cold shower then sit in front of a fan
drink everything with ice, eat ice n a lot of cold things, get plenty of fans n face them on u, n wear the least amount of clothing as possible!
