well this is all coming from corporate. i asked them about it and when i told them water doesnt weigh 40lbs they changed thwir reason to say that the 5 min breaks every 3 hours that my doctor put on there that they dont allow it. i dont need the break every few hours. so now its another reaskn and im off the schedule until monday when hr comes back from vacation. im just going to have my doctor send another letter saying all restrictions have been lifted. then they wont have anything

If they greatly cut your hours you can apply for unemployment, but I would talk to your boss about it and tell them if they don't give you hours you will take action because they can not cut your hours because you are pregnant. Do they know your restriction is pregnancy related?
