juice water fruit prunes...

Ive tried everything to help me go #2 nd im so constipated im starting to feel sick... ts been almost a full week since ive gone poop... should i be worried?

There is sliced bread that has plenty of fiber (like 5 grams/slice) I think it's by Sara Lee. Make sandwiches with it. Also a lot of cereals like honey bunches of oats have plenty of fiber. Start paying attention to the fiber on the nutrition label. You will have no choice but to go then. Best wishes :)

My Dr told me to take ,colace every day when i take my vitamin. Its a stool softener.
It helped so much. I couldn't go for 6 days at a time, it would make me sick

It could be your pre-natal vitamins . -.- those pills make me sikk I don't take them all the time.

I used to be so constipated that I wouldn't go for over a week. So I started eating a fiber cereal every morning, making sure to get some fiber in throughout the day and drinking lots of water all helped me go alot more regularly! Constipation is the worst. Goodluck to you

How far along are you? I still hace trouble with this from time to time but it did evebtually get better. Eat more fiber. Its part of being pregnant is what my doctor told me.
