jumping or jumping jacks to induce?
I just read a post where a girl said she jumped up and down and successfully induced labor bc her water broke. Is that safe? I mean her daughter was fine, born healthy and all but is jumping dangerous? Could something go wrong?
I'm not looking for other induction methods, I just wanted to know about jumping up and down or jumping jacks.
i dont think its bad i did it and nothing seems to be going wrong even tho im still pregnant and i did it like 3 times lol
