I have pcos and the pain you're describing sounds like the pain i get when a cyst bursts. See a dr and explain your pain. Pcos can also cause irregular periods. I wasnt diagnosed until i was 23 but apparently it is something that starts in puberty and just takes ahwile to notice. Go see a dr anyway.. It really could be anything. Get a pap smear and tests ordered and be prepared they may want to do a trans vaginal ultrasound as well, which is a long wand they put inside to get closer pictures.

Please dont take it lightly about ur cramping. I Have a history of having a tubal pregnancy. All I do at that time just ignore the cramping and continue doing house chore. I was almost collapsed in the bathroom while holding the pain alone at home.

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you to do a pregnancy test.  IF it is positive, you need to call your doctor right away because if a pregnant women has similar symptoms, we worry about a tubal pregnancy.  IF you are not pregnant, you could try something like Ibuprofen or Aleve for the discomfort to see if it would help.
Good luck!

That sounds like you may be pregnant.  A lot of people would say it's too early to get any symptoms but like you I had a list of symptoms before testing.  I had a gut feeling after conception but a week later I got achy breast,  mood swings,  cramping, and food aversions.  I tested 4 days before my period was due and got faint lines on 2 tests.  I'm 12 weeks and counting now. Take a test and if negative see your doctor.  Good luck and I hope this helps.

The only way to know for sure that you are pregnant is to take a home pregnancy test. If negative I would see a dr about the intense cramping. Gl
