back pain

My last period was October 24 2013 I had spotting on December 2 for six days.  I took a home pregency test it was postive went to the ER and they did blood and I was indeed pregnant.  I have been have bad back pain no blood or cramping just like in the middle of my back.  When I went to the ER the doctor said my hgg level was 7.9 I have a history of miscarriages three in two years.  I haven't  been able to get to a obgyn  because everything is closed.  My question because of my miscarriage history should I go back to the ER for the back pain?

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would encourage you to go back to ER.  I would want you to have another hcg level approximately double the first level if the pregnancy is developing normally.  if you are having lots of pain I would be concerned about ruling out a tubal or other ectopic pregnancy.
Good luck!
