kidney/bladder problems while pregnant??

I am now 10+1 along. In august i started having unexplainable urinary problems. Peeing so much blood my pee was completely red, flank pain. No fever, no infection, no kidney stones nothing. Dr still doesnt know why this happened. I have trouble going pee some days where i have to strain like i am super constipated to pee. Some days i dont ever get the urge to go and have to remind myself to go pee every 45 minutes or so. Other times my bladder gets so full that it physically hurts. Like last night after normally getting up to pee at least twice i did not get up until 6 am and i woke up in severe pain but once i went pee it stopped. My kidneys hurt if i stand too long and some days my kidneys hurt all day. I know pregnancy is harder on your kidneys but this started before pregnancy. I am no longer under the.care of the urologist i was seeing. However this is a high risk pregnancy. Should i mention to my ob what is going on so that i get followed by a urologist as well this pregnancy??

I go in for my first appointment next week and will bring it up then thanks. I just was unsure if i should bring it up since the first urologist did not see anything on the cytoscopy that he did in december.

U should definitely mention it to ur OB ASAP because it can effect ur pregnancy
