Well I just found out I have a uti which I start antibiotics today. But what if it became a kidney infection. I mean ive been peeing alot since im drinking more water. And ive had back pain and cramps for weeks

Severe back pain, it hurts or burns when you pee, having a constant urge to pee (non-stop, not just peeing a lot) That's what the doctor told me when I went to the hospital because I thought I had one.

When I had a kidney infection while pregnant I was urinating more then usual, my back hurt, and I wss having contractions! Even if you think you have a urinary tract infection or kidney infection the best thing to do is call your doctor all they need is a urine sample when tou get there
