In my area yesterday a dad killed his 2 year old daughter then tried killing himself smh.  I also seen on facebook that a man killed his step daughter because she crawled on top of the counter a stole a piece of cake, what has the world come to!!!  honestly when I have my son I'm only leaving him with two of my sisters other then that where he goes I will go too. People just don't give a **** anymore and its heartbreaking.

Seriously, this type of thing is so rare. Stop worrying so much, studies have shown that anxiety and pessimism can carry over to the babe. If it helps, just don't watch/read the news. Out of the billions of people in the world, this won't happen to all of them, stop try not to stress about very rare happenings that probably involved a mental illness.

A couple months ago there was a case where a man killed his wife and severely beaten his two kids and set the house on fire. The fire didn't get to big and was caught on time but the children where badly injured..
there was another case just about a week ago, about 30min from where I live a 6 day old baby was stolen from his crib by the mothers sister, they pulled her over 60 miles away and found baby clothes but no baby..the next day the found the baby bundled up in a bag next to a gas station..its so sad what people will do these days :(

Here in my state a couple of weeks ago a little 5 year old girl had stole one of her stepmoms grape sodas and her dad and stepmom made her drink grape soda until she died the autopsy revealed she had 2 liters of grape soda in her body I just dont see how anyone could hurt their children I have 2 precious boys and hopefully a little girl on the way and I couldn't ever imagine hurting them it's just awful what people do to their children who they're supposed to protect

In Australia. An 11 year old boy was bashed to death by his dad at cricket training, infront of his entire team. His dad then tried to go police to which they shot him in the chest and killed him. Its a cruel world.

Im homeschooling but ive always wanted to and we have more reasons to go with it.

I almost feel like homeschooling my son. I seen on the news that some public schools lock kids in padded boxes with no lights if they act up in anyway and using eltric shock therepy on high schoolers as a form of detention.  Parents weren't even informed of this and one teen was killed as a result.

Its really getting ridiculous. People are even putting babies in plastic bags and sitting then in or on he sides of dumpsters! Makes me sad!

I remember when farmville was big a mom killed I thimk her 3 month old because of crying while she was playing.

I saw some thing similar on the news.  I'm not trusting anyone with my lil one! Even the school systems are bad here. No where is safe anymore!
