labor pain?

I've been having slight cramps with diarrhea,  but it also feels like pressure on lower abdominal area and pressure on lower back with pain shooting up to middle of spine.  Is it normal pains or labor?  I haven't lost my mucas plug yet.

I have the same thing... im 34wks. Except somewhat of mucus plug has came out..will let my doctor know tomorrow at my docs appointment.
