labor story

A little bit late.. due date was Sept. 14 I went to L&D 5pm bcuz I was scheduled to b induce that same day. They started pitocin at 8pm and contractions started but i was not having any pain then around 11pm contractions started to increase.. my water broke at 5am and I was in so much pain that I decided to go for Epidurial, doctor and nurse were getting everything ready for epidurial but when then my nurse says 'first let me make sure how far I was in dilatation' when nurse checked me she says forget the epidurial I was in 10cm already and baby's head was almost out. Doctor said is time to push and within 5 min my babygirl was out. Only took me to push twice and baby was out. Liana was born on Sept. 15 at 5:37am 7lb 14oz and 18in long. Im so proud I did a natural delivery with no epidurial. (: hope u girls have a safe delivery
