I'm 22 weeks and I just noticed in one cup of my bra it's wet... is this breast milk? And if so is it normal for it to start on one side?

I started leaking around the same time too. I mainly leak out of my right breast but if I squeeze my left nipple colostrum will come out. And its not like 24/7 leakage just every once in a while. I asked on here and people said it means we will probably have a good milk supply.

It's colostrum, the pre milk. You will start producing real milk when baby is about a day or two old. It's completely normal I started at 20 weeks
