I'll have to start practicing those again..had been really good at doing kegels with my first but then after having the c-section and knowing I would have #2 & #3 that way too, I never really did them again..never even thought abt that might help..thanx!! ;-)
That was happening to me for awhile, I've been sick a lot this pregnancy with upper respiratory issues so I've been doing a lot of coughing and sneezing. I try to urinate as much as I can to keep my bladder empty, and I started to do Kegel exercises and that really seemed to help...also supposed to help with the childbirth, etc. You can google Kegel exercises and they can tell you how to do them.
