My doctor told me I can do as much as my body could already tolerate. I'm a CNA so I have to constantly lift people, etc. I feel it in my back sometimea but other than that I have a healthy little baby ❤ your best shot is to speak with your doctor. Congrats btw ! :)

I had no idea I was preggers for the first 7 weeks of my pregnancy, during that time I was literally moving keggs and other extreemly heavy sheet pans weighing approx 50 lbs every 4-5 min and giant pots filled with foods lol as soon as I found out I stopped of course but I was fine (and my family does have a history of miscarriage) just be careful the sooner you stop the better my doc told me no more than 25 lbs and my family lets me carry the weight of one gallon of milk... I feel like a limp noodle but better safe than sorry

You have to be extremely careful the first 12 weeks because you are at a higher chance of having a miscarriage so I would tell them now if I were you

My doctor told me I shouldn't lift more than half my weight. I worked in dog grooming so I was always lifting dogs up into tubs and what not. But talk to your doctor and give him/her your job discription they'd be able to tell you what to do and not to do
