light spotting at 20 weeks

Well Just had my 3rd ultrasound done on April 16th. Now april 21 I'm spotting. Just very lightly on the tissue paper... I have lost my voice over the weekend and not I can't get rid of this cough... My hernia is bothering me to the point my stomach hurts sooooo bad.
Went on my break at work. Then noticed that there is pinkish colour on the tp. I'm soooo scared.. I'm at work right now... My shift ends in 30minutes. Don't want to take a fed or a point....
Doctors appointment is also today... don't know what they will be able to do... I'm worried... scared and I very very sad... and stressed...

Well I talked it over with the doc. I had my appointment and he said that there wasn't anything that they could do... Just for me to take it easy and rest. Also my hernia is really bothering me... Causing me a lot of pain. Now he has taken me off of work now it the baby is born in September.... No more bleeding as of right now... Been taking it really easy.

i had some bleeding at 20 something weeks. its very scary i know. have you had sex recently, or inserted anything into your vagina? you can very easily irritate it. mine ended up being caused from my yeast infection applicator we think. the blood didn't come out till about 24 hours later!! try not to worry!! if you can't wait then call your ob and let them know whats going on..you can always come in early.

If you start cramping call your dr asap - if your appointment is soon then I would just call them and tell them what happened and maybe they will see you earlier.  I was just in the hospital and had a lot of pink/.brown mucas discharge (some in the potty and a lot on several pieces of tp) and they tested me for my waters breaking - they have not... it went away after 20 or so hours... Did you have an exam or sex recently that could have touched your cervix ?  Good Luck
