"Pump and dump" is a myth and a waste of liquid gold. It isn't an effective way to get alcohol out of your system or your supply - only metabolism will do that.
If you plan to breastfeed, talk to a lactation consultant. The rule of moderation applies pretty strictly here but alcohol is processed through your system at about the same rate whether you are nursing or not. If you are too drunk to drive you are too drunk to nurse - but being much more cautious than that is a really good idea. But when my son was little I could occasionally have a drink or two after putting him to bed for the night if I knew he'd sleep for at least four or five hours before waking to be fed... I knew that I would have time to drink water and clear out that alcohol before he was ready to nurse. And I always had pumped milk on hand in case he woke up earlier than expected and I wasn't totally sober yet. I didn't live a completely sober existence for the two years I nursed my son, but I did take steps to ensure he wasn't negatively affected by it.

If you breastfeed you can drink a little but you would have to pump and dump for a day.

As long as you're not breastfeeding or on any medications, you can drink immediately after you give birth lol but I doubt you'll even want to when your little one gets here :)

If youre breastfeeding I highly recommend not drinking. I tried it. The dr said I could. But it made my daughter sick. And I followed the pediatricians recommendation to a T.

My step sister had one drink the next day as she wasn't breastfeeding or on any meds. I didn't drink anything for about 4mths because I was worried the baby would need me and I wouldn't be alert or something (I was so tired I thought even 1 drink would put me to sleep!). I think its a personal thing whenever your ready if your not on pain meds or breastfeeding.
