Tucks pads warm water and dermaplast! I found spraying dermaplast before going pee then the warm water after and wiping with tucks pads and leaving a clean tucks pad on the stitches after going pee for about 10 minutes helped a LOT. Totally normal to be sore too! I felt like i had been kicked in the crotch with a pair of steel toes several times until i was about 4 wks pp. And even now i still get that feeling. Pain pills from the dr helped a lot with that!

Peeing after giving birth really stings. The warm water really does work. You could get some pain killers from the doctor too. You should start to heal soon and the pain will ease up.
