losing weight..

Im 14 weeks tomorrow and I haven't gained any weight. I've been sick since 7 weeks and taking zofran. I also cant seem to eat healthy. I can eat salad but that's about it, everything else makes me sick. Just worried im not gaining enough weight.

I've lost close to twenty pounds in two weeks. Chances are everything is fine.

I wasn't sick but also lost weight until week 16. I guess it's normal.  If you're worried go see your doctor. Or check if Ensure is safe for pregnant women (I think it is but it never hurts to double check). I had to drink it to gain weight a few years back

Its normal not to gain any weight in the first 20 weeks. As long as your getting fluids down and trying to eat youll be fine. I was the same way. Your doctor would let you know if you need to worry.
