losing weight
I am currently 22 weeks. From 5 to 12 weeks I lost 7 pounds from morning sickness. From 12-18 weeks I gained back 4 pounds. Then from 18-22 weeks I lost 2 more pounds but have not been sick or anything. I have also lost 3 inches around my bust but gained 2 inches around my baby bump within the last 2 weeks! I am plus size so losing weight is exciting but is it NORMAL!? I feel fantastic no more morning sickness. So where is it going?
Totally normal. I lost 10 pounds in first trimester but never had any morning sickness, then I gained back 1 pound every 3-4 weeks. My last visit I put on 7 pounds in 3 weeks which freaked me out but all it did was put me at 2 pounds over my pre-pregnancy weight. I go back Monday and ive been weighting myself at home, if my scale is right i dropped 3 pounds. Weight shifts like crazy. As long as youre eating healthy and getting some kind of exercise theres no need to worry unless your doctor does (:
Its completely normal. I have done the same thing tgoughout my pregnancy and im 36 weeks, ftm. I lost 12 pounds in my first trimester then gained 8 pounds and just found out i lost 5 pounds in just 2 weeks doctor says is normal because baby shifts position and he/she takes your weight/nutrition from you if he/she needs it. But 100% normal :) good luck!
