loss of pregnancy symptoms

Ok so I have had very strong pregnancy symptoms untill now. Im 13 weeks 2 days and for the last 3 days I have had no symptoms at all. My boobs are no longer sore, the nausea is gone and Im no longer peeing frequently. Other than being tired I have no syptoms at all. Im not complaining, Im just worried because I have read that sudden loss of syptoms can mean miscarriage. Have any of you ladies had this happen before?

I had the same concern the other day. I am 13 weeks 1 day. And a few days ago my symptoms all went away too. However, I wish they hadn't because today they are back in full force and making up for lost time. Unless you have spotting, severe cramping and/or a fever I would not be too worried. When I called my dr yesterday about it they said that between 12-14 weeks symptoms sometimes go down so we are both within that time frame.

Lol I spoke so soon! Im almost at 14 weeks now and I have all new syptoms. Seems like I traded the sore boobs and nausea for heartburn and headaches. Anyway thanks ladies for all your comments. They were all so reasuring :)

I wouldnt worry.. HCG tends to peak between 9-11 weeks then it starts to drop slightly as the placenta takes over.. Its normal for them to start to go away.. I was puking every day from 8 1/2 weeks until 11 1/2 weeks then it stopped... My symptoms started to improve at 11 1/2 week mark, except for fatigue, that didnt go awya until 20+ weeks.. but again, I was getting up at 5am and working 8 hrs, im not really surprised I had to nap daily ...

Hope everything is fine

usually by 12 weeks your symptoms should be starting to settle down, you wont be peeing as much as your uterus has risin above your pelvic bones and is no longer pressing on your bladder, you will get a reprieve from this until your 3rd trimester :)

I wouldn't worry at all, girl. At 13 weeks the placenta has taken over and your hormones are settling down...so your symptoms SHOULD be easing right now. Also you're pretty much into the 2nd trimester and the chance of miscarriage is significantly lower at this point.

So take a deep breath...everything should be fine!
