lower back pain & stomach pain

What does this mean if I have had lower back pain and stomach pain all day? Is it just part of pregnancy or should I be concerned?

My lower back hurts every 1-2 mins then goes away and comes back.

I feel like I'm dying. Every bone in my body hurts. My head hurts, my thighs caves, lower back, lower stomach, & my feet. I am so miserable.  Idl if it is gas pains or what. But I have been feeling like this since 4 am this morning it is now 11:15 pm. I can't sleep and I don't have an appetite either. I really don't want to go to the hospital..

By come and go, do you mean every 10 min or every couple of hours?

I have a drs appointment Wednesday so I am hoping I can just hold off till then.

Yes it has been coming and going all day. I am just scared because my blood pressure was high on Thursday and I have swelling that's making me retain a lot of water.. my husband doesn't get off work until 8 & I can't go to the hospital with a 21 month old and have no one to watch him. I am just scared :(
