lower back pain!
29 weeks today and in major pain from my lower back, heating pad on it right now but wondering if anyone as went to a chiropractor for relief? Dr took me off work for a week and I need to feel better before I go back or disability it is... :/ help?
I have lower back pain and omg does it hurt I went and had my back adjusted but it didn't help it any so massage would be best.
Did they do both the same day? Did you feel a pinching, pulling ache on your back that affected when you stood up? I was going to get a Prenatal massage but my bf said it could just make it worse? So I wanna do a chiropractor first. What did they do to you?
I went to one... Got a prenatal adjustment and a prenatal massage.... It was AMAZING!!!!
