lower back pain

I have really bad lower back pain just went for a massage to make it better now I feel worse im 12 weeks 6 days what should.I do ?

Im actually laying on my side now and its not hurting thanks for the advice :)

I'm 15 weeks and have lower back problems off and on. What works for me is to lay on my side usually my left side. Hope it helps :)

With my first pregnancy, I had really bad lower back pain. I thought it was the way I was sleeping or whatever, turns out though that it was a UTI. Once I took the antibiotics for the UTI, my back stopped hurting.

You have to be careful getting massaged, I heard it can trigger labor. If you go again make sure they know you are pregnant. But to me it sounds like you went to someone who didn't know what they were doing, and has caused more problems. Get a heating pad and take some tylenol, thats about all you can do. I wouldn't risk going back to them though.

Try a hot shower, as hot as you can handle. Just let the water hit your back. That's what I do when a massage doesn't help
