3cm!!!! Going to do more and more walking!! Even though I'm in the greatest pain of my life lol. And since this is a pregnancy blog.....why the heck do my nipples itch so bad???i am leaking milk but omg they itch!!!
Anything to get this girl here lol. She is also giving me horrible back pain so it at least does relax my back if nothing else. I can't sleep for anything though and when i do finally fall asleep i wake up two hours later drenched in sweat....is that normal?
They say that the hot bath do help you open an thin out... so worth a try i am lol
They itch because they are still stretching. They will continue to stretch until your milk has come in and is established if you are breast feeding. As for the bath I'm not sure, but it might help with pain. Good luck! :)
