Hello mommies I have a question. Does anyone know where I can find maternity dvds. What website can I use to purchase any? Or any other places? My body hurst a lot all of a sudden I cant walk I have really bad leg cramps. I been going out for walks with my hubby and the dog but I don't feel that's enough movement. Is anyone eals bodyaching ?
I found my prenatal workout dvds for a dollar at the thrift store...winninngg!! Lol i got two but the one im most fond of is Leisa Harts fitmama prenatal workout. The excerises are not hard at all and get my blood pumping. She shows alot of good stretches as well.
