medicaid card
So in a couple of weeks i will have an appt but i dont have a state ID if i take my medicaid card would that work to show them that its me?
I had to show my ID. I think you just need proof that its your card like your birth certificate or social security card
Idk what state your in but i never had to show my id. I just showed them my medicaid card and they copied it too have on their records...
You might have to take something else with ur name on it. Like maybe a birth certificate?
