Preexisting conditions. Cause I suffer from chronic migraines with blackouts and I just felt a black out come on (it's a intense pulsing in my temples) but it lasted a good five minutes instead of the usual minute or two and I started shaking. All I was told to do was sit down when I felt them coming on. And it scared me going that long with out seeing.

I'm not aloud to take Tylenol cause of another medical condition and they took me of my meds for the migraines and won't alow me to take anything for them
I used to those optical migraines too but not in this pregnancy. My mum works for an optometrist and said if I take panadol (or what Americans call tylenol) and drink some water as soon as I feelnone coming I should be able to hopefully avoid it going full blown. Its worked so far! Hopefully you find a way to manage yours as well!
