medication list?
Anyone have it? Could you post it please:) my pregnant friend is having a few difficulties and would like to know meds she could take cause her doctor is not answering the phone.
Pepto bismol is a NO!!!! Doctors and pharmacists have all told me not to take it. Have your friend ask her doctor.
Well.. I posted it as a comment I promise, lol. But it's not showing. So I put it in my journals. (:
No aspirin, advil, ibuprofen, aleve
Pain - Tylenol, Acetaminophen
Allergies - Claritin, Zyrtec, Benadryl
Common cold - Actifed, Sudafed, Robitussin Products, Tylenol Cold Tablets, Acetaminophen, Tylenol, DayQuil/Nyquil (gelcaps only), Mucinex, Warm salt water gargles
Congestion - Mucinex, Zyrtec, Claritin/Claritin D, Sudafed, Sinutab, Dimetap extentaps, Actifed, Tylenol Sinus, Saline Nasal Spray
Constipation - Stool softener, Fiber/bran, Prune Juice
Coughing - Any cough drop, any Robitussin products
Diarrhea - Kaopectate, Pepto Bismol, Immodium
Fever and Headaches - Tylenol or Acetaminophen
Heartburn - Tums, Rolaids, Maalox, Gas-X, Mylanta, Zantac, Pepcid
Hemorrhoids - Preparation H, Nupecainal, Anusol, Dermoplast spray, Tuck's pads
Leg cramps - Calcium tablets, Tums
Nausea - Dramamine, Emetrol, Unisom, Vitamin B-6, Sea Bands for wrists, ginger
Itching - Caladryl lotion, Benadryl, Hydrocortisone cream, Zyrtec
Sleep - Benadryl, Tylenol PM, Unisom
